Gourmet delights for all in Regent’s Park with the Taste of London festival setting up right now as we blog!
Running from Wednesday 18th – Sunday 22nd June 2014, the beautiful Regent’s Park is going to transform into a foodie wonderland for a five day festival of summer eating, drinking and live entertainment!
Your Taste ticket gives you a fabulous four hour gourmet session during which you will have the chance to try tapas-sized dishes from over 40 of the hottest restaurants in the city, showing off the best items from their extensive menus. Top chefs Massimo Bottura, Tom Kerridge and René Redzepi will also be showcasing their skills at the festival’s main stage, along with Taste of London founding partner Michel Roux Jr. If sampling all that great food makes you thirsty, don’t worry! Help is available from some of the best wine and beer makers also at hand throughout the day.
Alongside the restaurants appearing at the festival, more than 200 boutique food and drink stalls will be selling a range of fantastic produce to their guests, all in one stunning location. Exotic bar and nightclub Mahiki will also be hosting masterclasses, limbo dancing sessions and complimentary cocktails for ticket holders, while Laurent-Perrier will introduce guests to blind champagne tastings.
