We have just set up a new London Contractors Meetup group for those of you who are about to travel over to the UK to work, or for those who have recently arrived in London and are in the process of exploring the enormous amount of opportunity there is currently here for contracting in the UK.
Meet Up was formed in 2002 as an online social networking tool, used to organise offline informal social gatherings with like-minded peers that share a common interest. We personally like any excuse to warmly welcome you over to the UK and saw this as a good opportunity to bring together some fellow contractors to share experiences, discuss opportunities, network, and have a great time over some good old British refreshments!
